Returns & Refunds

We stand behind every product with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If something arrives damaged or isn't right, email us at TopNovacustomer@gmail.com within 30 days and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

To start a return, include your order number and a photo if the item arrived damaged. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is confirmed.
